Parents of bullies should be held accountable for their children's actions... and of course the bullies need to be held accountable too. Schools and society as a whole are too passive when it comes to bullies. Sure everybody is outraged when they hear about a child who has committed suicide, but how many take a stand when they hear a comment or witness an act?
